Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and developing campaigns focused on promoting ServiceNow-based solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support sales initiatives, and ensure consistent communication with existing and potential clients to enhance customer engagement and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Market Research and expertise in identifying business trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and Sales development for promoting ServiceNow solutions
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver measurable results in a remote environment
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise automation tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or enterprise solutions industry is preferred
