Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: The ServiceNow Lead is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across the ServiceNow platform. This role involves planning, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver enterprise-grade solutions across various modules.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team across ServiceNow modules
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and workflows.
- Oversee development, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Guide module-specific implementations including CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Discovery, Vulnerability Response, Risk Management, etc.
- Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and security teams to gather requirements and present solution options.
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses and proposal development
- Maintain platform documentation and governance.
- Lead upgrade planning, release management, and feature adoption.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow modules: Health & Safety, Employee Center, Now Mobile
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
- Proven experience in leading ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and enterprise IT operations.
- Expertise in scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom application development.
- Knowledge of IT Security Operations
- General Understanding of Database technologies such as SQL, MySQL
- Ability to prepare prototypes in demo instances for proposed solutions
- Standard understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow (SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, REST, JSON, SOAP)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist
- Certified Application Developer
- ITIL Foundation or higher
