Job Title: System Engineer – ServiceNow (ITSM / OMT / CMDB / Integration Hub)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled System Engineer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform modules including ITSM, OMT, Service Catalog, Integration Hub, Inventory, CMDB, and Co-Management. The ideal candidate should have strong implementation, configuration, and support experience across ServiceNow ecosystem and IT operations processes.
Key Responsibilities
·Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
·Work on Service Catalog development, workflows, and automation.
·Configure and maintain CMDB and Asset / Inventory management.
·Work on Integration Hub for third-party system integrations and automation.
·Support OMT (Operations Management Tools / Telecom OMT if applicable) processes and workflows.
·Handle Co-Management setup and support between multiple IT teams or vendors.
·Perform requirement analysis, solution design, and documentation.
·Support UAT, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, infrastructure, and application teams.
Required Skills
·4+ years of experience working on ServiceNow platform.
·Strong experience in ITSM module implementation and support.
·Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, CMDB, Inventory / Asset Management.
·Experience working with Integration Hub / REST / SOAP integrations.
·Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and forms configuration.
·Good understanding of ITIL processes.
·Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
