Interview Location : Nagpur
Exp: 2-15 Years
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and ITSM modules, Integrations, GRC Module, with a strong background in scripting (JavaScript)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead meetings, manage expectations, and drive consensus
- Design, code, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations, ensuring adherence to development best practices.
- Develop and document new process flows, workflows, and governance models to meet evolving business requirements.
- Optimize and refactor existing ServiceNow catalog items and business processes to enhance performance and consistent user experience.
- Project Management & Execution:
- Serve as the technical lead on the ITSM modernization project.
- Manage code promotion processes across development, testing, and production environments, following internal best practices and standards.
