Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong expertise in core platform development, scripting, and ITSM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions with deep knowledge of platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform focusing on ITSM modules
- Develop and maintain custom applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio
- Write and optimize server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Configure and manage:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- Build and enhance workflows using:
- Flow Designer
- Workflow Editor
- Work on CMDB design, implementation, and data management
- Develop and manage integrations using:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
- Flow Designer / Workflow Development
- ServiceNow Studio Development
- CMDB
- Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Custom Application / Module Development
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
