โข Developing & customizing ServiceNow applications
โข Implementing ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Service Catalog)
โข Designing workflows & integrations
โข Ensuring code quality and platform stability
โข Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions

โข 5+ years as an ITSM / ServiceNow Developer
โข Strong scripting skills (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions)
โข Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor & Integration Hub
โข Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations
โข Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset

โข ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM)
โข Exposure to ITOM / CSM / HRSD modules
