Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM OR CSM Developer
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time/Contrac
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM & CSM Developer to design, develop, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in enhancing both internal IT service processes and customer service workflows, ensuring efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM OR CSM modules
- Customize workflows for Incident, Problem, Change, and Case Management processes
- Develop and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
- Build and enhance Service Catalog items and self-service portals
- Configure and optimize Flow Designer and automation processes
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security best practices
- Support upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
Required Skills & Experience- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (ITSM and/or CSM modules)
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and UI Builder
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data model and CMDB
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITSM or CSM Implementation Specialist certification
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
