Job Description:
Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Consultant
Job Type: Contract (6 months)
Job Location: Bangalore
Work Schedule: On-Site
Looking for a project lead for a ServiceNow ITSM Global Implementation Project.
Responsibilities:
- Leading discussions with the implementation partner
- Driving the implementation, driving the implementation partner
- Problem-solving
- Improving overall processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience at the Architect, Manager, or Director level
- This role is for an individual contributor
- You will be acting as a Solution Architect and Solution Delivery Manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solver
- Aggressive driver of projects
- Servicenow ITSM expert
- 10 to 15 years of Servicenow ITSM experience
