Job Title: ServiceNow Lead / Architect (ITSM)
Location: Noida / Bengaluru / Chennai / Pune / Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrades
- Design scalable and secure ServiceNow architecture solutions
- Implement and manage ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, SLA)
- Work on at least one additional module such as: (ITOM, ITAM / SAM / HAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps / GRC, SPM / PPM)
- Gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Develop custom workflows, integrations, UI policies, catalog items, and automations
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools / enterprise systems
- Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and ensure delivery quality
- Define governance, best practices, and platform optimization strategies
- Support production issues, upgrades, and continuous improvements
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM
- Experience in any one additional ServiceNow module
- Experience as Lead / Architect on ServiceNow projects
- Strong scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub)
- Hands-on experience in REST / SOAP integrations
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, workflows, SLAs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS / CAD certifications
- Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Experience in performance optimization and platform governance
