Greetings from Tesslogs,
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, scripting, and ITOM implementations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in JavaScript and have experience working with core ITOM capabilities.

Experience: 5+ Years Relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work on ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Configure and troubleshoot Discovery, MID Server, CMDB, and ITOM processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.
- Support CMDB data quality, CI relationships, identification, reconciliation, and data integrity.
- Configure Event Management rules, alerts, correlation, and automated incident creation.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and minimize unnecessary customizations.
- Collaborate with technical teams, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM
- Strong ServiceNow customization and development experience
- Excellent JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills
- Experience with Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, or Service Mapping
- Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform development and best practices
