Greetings From Tesslogs,
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer with strong hands-on experience in JavaScript, ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and ITOM implementations.
Client: Infosys
Experience: 8 Years
Location: PAN India
Notice Period: Immediate / 15 days
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Perform ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, including server-side and client-side scripting.
- Configure and customize CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM workflows.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Data Policies.
- Customize ServiceNow applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Work with REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, JSON, XML, and external systems where required.
- Support CMDB data management, CI relationships, identification/reconciliation, and data quality.
- Develop and maintain workflows/automation using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot performance, configuration, scripting, and integration issues.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards, upgrade-safe customization practices, and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, and other technical teams.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM Development.
- Strong JavaScript programming and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Good knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and workflows.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML and ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development lifecycle.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment.
Advanced JavaScript is particularly relevant for ServiceNow development, alongside scripting and integration technologies such as REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, and related protocols.
Certifications
Preferred / Mandatory based on project requirement:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM / relevant ITOM certification
