Job Description
TCS is hiring ServiceNow ITOM Developers with strong expertise in implementing and supporting IT Operations Management solutions.
The role involves designing, developing, and managing ITOM modules, integrating monitoring tools, and ensuring high availability and performance across IT infrastructure.
Key Skills Required
ServiceNow ITOM (Must Have)
Hands-on experience in:
CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
Good understanding of:
Infrastructure environments (Servers, Network, Storage, etc.)
Monitoring tools and their integration with ServiceNow
Experience in:
Developing integrations using REST / SOAP APIs
Working with ServiceNow base platform features & reporting
Strong expertise in:
Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, Performance Testing
Creating reliable and scalable deployment processes (Dev, Test, Staging, Production)
Knowledge of:
Agile / Scrum methodology
ITIL framework
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) compliance
