Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow ITOM
- Configure and customize ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Develop and maintain scripts, patterns, and configurations; implement enhancements and fixes.
Discovery & CMDB
- Support Discovery for servers, network, and storage devices.
- Manage MID Servers (install, upgrade, troubleshoot).
- Maintain CMDB health (CI accuracy, relationships, reconciliation, normalization).
- Support data imports and third-party integrations.
Service Mapping
- Configure and maintain service maps for applications and business services.
- Validate CI relationships and troubleshoot mapping issues.
Event Management
- Integrate monitoring tools (SolarWinds, SCOM, Nexthink).
- Manage alert rules, event mappings, correlation, and noise reduction.
Support & Documentation
- Handle incidents, problems, and changes.
- Provide production support and maintain documentation following best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a strong focus on ITSM and ITOM.
• Hands-on experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Good understanding of CMDB architecture, CI classes, and relationships.
• Strong experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript).
• Experience working in support and implementation environments.
