CMDB Architect to lead enterprise-scale architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITOM Visibility, CMDB, CSDM, and integration architecture , along with the ability to define strategy and governance frameworks. Requirements Required Skills & Experience 10 years of overall ServiceNow experience with strong architectural exposure Deep expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks Experience in enterprise integration design and architecture Advanced understanding of ServiceNow platform, scripting, and APIs Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and ITOM processes Experience leading large-scale implementations and teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
