Job Summary:
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM + CMDB Developer & Architect to lead architecture while being hands-on in development. The role involves designing and implementing scalable ITOM and CMDB solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, architecture, and development of ITOM & CMDB solutions
- Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Manage and maintain CMDB aligned with CSDM
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server
- Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement analysis and solutioning
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB
- Expertise in CSDM and ServiceNow development (scripting)
- Good knowledge of integration architecture
- Understanding of ITIL / ITSM frameworks
- Ability to handle both development and architecture roles
Core Competencies:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
- Ability to design scalable and secure solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS / ITOM)
- Experience in enterprise implementations
