Mandatory Skills:
Candidate must have 8 years of overall ServiceNow experience Hands on design development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset Well versed with ServiceNow scripting Candidate must have 2 years of ServiceNow CMDB Asset Management experience SAMPro Implementation experience Exposure to licensing publisher packs Detailed understanding and oversight of data sources for inventory usage contract entitlement and data maintenance user management and enablement data integrity compliance analysis renewal milestone calendaring and innovative reporting solutions
Must have good communication skills
