✅ Business Continuity Management (BCM)
✅ Business Rules, Script Includes & Client Scripts
✅ REST/SOAP APIs
✅ Integration Hub & MID Server
✅ ServiceNow scripting, workflows & integrations
🎓 Required Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- CIS – Risk & Compliance / IRM
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
📌 Role Highlights:
🔹 Develop and customize ServiceNow IRM modules
🔹 Design complex IRM workflows, scoring models & entity scoping
🔹 Build REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub flows
🔹 Work on data migration, integrations & enterprise applications
🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and solution design
🔹 Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance
