Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a ServiceNow IRM Business Analyst located in New Delhi. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, document workflows, and ensure data integrity and system optimization to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business requirements, creating workflows, and translating these into actionable solutions
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, including configuration, implementation, and platform customizations
- Understanding of risk management frameworks and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or GRC-related tools are highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
