Job Summary:
The Integration Developer will design, develop, and maintain secure integrations between the ServiceNow platform and the on-premises RAG solution. The role is responsible for developing REST API integrations, configuring the MID Server, implementing data exchange workflows, and ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance communication between ServiceNow and external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the overall ServiceNow solution architecture and technical roadmap.
- Design secure integrations using MID Server, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
- Architect the Historical ai user experience within ServiceNow (Workspace/UI Builder/Portal).
- Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance for enterprise deployment.
- Lead technical design reviews and establish development standards.
- Design authentication, authorization, and API security for external AI integrations.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, AI/ML, Security, and Business teams to deliver the solution.
- Provide technical oversight during development, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Review code quality, solution performance, and platform governance.
- Produce architecture documentation, integration specifications, and deployment plans.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
- Hands-on experience in REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web service integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, Mutual TLS, API security, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills for enterprise integrations.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Mandatory Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
