Position: Platform / Integration Lead – ServiceNow
Location: Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore
Experience: 6–9 Years
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform / Integration Lead to join our team and drive end-to-end platform solutions, integrations, and governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Oversee platform upgrades, instance cloning, and performance optimization
- Architect and implement scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
- Drive ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM standards along with platform governance
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and Performance Analytics KPIs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development
- Expertise in integrations (REST/SOAP), IntegrationHub, and MID Server
- Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM
- Knowledge of platform governance, upgrades, and performance tuning
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
