Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. ServiceNow HRSD Developer who is an expert in the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module with deep knowledge in Service Portal, integrations, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings technical excellence, problem-solving capabilities, and strong communication skills, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting HRSD solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules, including:
- Case Management
- Knowledge Management
- HR Agent Workspace
- Service Portal
- Reporting and Dashboards
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise applications (including external HR systems).
- Act as a technical consultant to customers on ServiceNow HRSD architecture, data models, and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using ServiceNow.
- Manage day-to-day support, enhancements, and issue resolution for HRSD platform components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Handle break-fix support, upgrades, release management, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow HRSD trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development and support.
- Experience with at least one full-cycle HRSD implementation.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Service Portal, Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), reporting, and custom widgets.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze them, and develop technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
