Skill: Servicenow HRSD
Experience : 8 to 15 years
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune
Must Have Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with a focus on HRSD implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in functional consulting roles, preferably within HR technology or ServiceNow environments.
- Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, solution design, process mapping, and client engagement.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and project management principles.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding & Offboarding, and Lifecycle Events.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions using the platform’s native tools (e.g., Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Virtual Agent).
- Understanding of integrations with third-party HRIS/ERP systems, authentication protocols, and data privacy standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
