Purpose
Designs and builds HR‑centric ServiceNow workflows that capture requests, manage approvals, and prepare clean, structured payloads for downstream integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build ServiceNow HR request forms, tables, and workflows
- Define approval paths, decision logic, and data capture for HR‑initiated changes
- Ensure ServiceNow workflows correctly prepare and trigger integration‑ready events
- Act as a consultative bridge between HR process owners and the integration team
- Ensure HR workflows are scalable, auditable, and aligned to enterprise standards
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong ServiceNow experience, particularly HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Proven ability to design workflows, request items, and approval models
- Experience defining payloads and hand‑off points to integration platforms (e.g. Logic Apps)
- Business‑analyst mindset: able to ask the right questions and shape requirements
- Understanding of how HR processes translate into technical workflows
Profile Required
- Self‑starting, delivery‑focused engineer with strong stakeholder skills
- Comfortable embedding directly within HR functions
- Able to operate with minimal oversight and drive clarity in ambiguous requirements
- Confident engaging with offshore HR stakeholders and IT teams
