Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in India for a ServiceNow GRC/IRM Professional. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions to meet client requirements. Key responsibilities include analyzing client needs, configuring workflows, maintaining system performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the governance, risk, and compliance processes and deliver impactful results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in ServiceNow GRC/IRM module implementation, configuration, and customization
- Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, and governance standards and frameworks
- Expertise in system configurations, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow
- Problem-solving skills for analyzing client needs and implementing viable solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site environment
- Understanding of database concepts, IT operations, and security policies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS–GRC are highly desirable
