Job Description – ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer
Role: ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Pune (Magarpatta)
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
Budget: Up to 20 LPA
Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer with strong experience in implementing and customizing GRC/IRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk (VRM), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
The role involves development, configuration, integration, and building scalable dashboards, workspaces, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, VRM, TPRM)
- Develop and enhance IRM Workspaces, Service Portals, dashboards, and reports
- Write and maintain client-side & server-side scripts (Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes)
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Manage Vendor Risk and Third-Party Risk lifecycle processes
- Perform instance management, upgrades, and user support
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong experience in GRC/IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, VRM, TPRM)
- Hands-on experience in Workspace and Service Portal development
- Strong JavaScript scripting skills within ServiceNow
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Knowledge of:
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Risk & Issue Management
- Audit Management, Controls & Assessments
- Continuous Monitoring & Risk Scoring
- Understanding of Regulatory Compliance Frameworks
Good to Have
- Experience in SecOps modules (SIR/VR)
- Experience in Vulnerability Response
Preferred Certifications
- CIS – Risk & Compliance / Vendor Risk / Audit Management / BCM
- CSA – Certified System Administrator
- CAD – Certified Application Developer
