Job Summary:
We are looking for a ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst with strong experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting ServiceNow GRC implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to GRC processes
- Work on ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, etc.)
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize workflows
- Support implementation, testing (UAT), and deployment of GRC solutions
- Ensure alignment with compliance frameworks and regulatory standards
- Provide end-user training and documentation
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/ServiceNow domain
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules
- Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
