- Experience in configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications
Good to Have
- ServiceNow FSM certification
- Experience with ServiceNow Mobile Agent
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades and implementations
- ITIL Foundation certification
