Exp - 5 to 15 years

NP - Immediate to 30 Days or 45 Days
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM Specialist to design, implement, and optimize Field Service Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role involves automating field operations, managing work orders, service tasks, scheduling, and dispatching resources efficiently. The specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance field service processes, ensuring seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Work Order, Service Task, Resource Management, and Scheduling functionalities.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather FSM requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Implement ServiceNow FSM best practices for field operations, scheduling, and dispatch.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow FSM modules using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow Studio.
- Integrate FSM with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, Asset Management, and CMDB.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for FSM processes and workflows.
- Provide ongoing support, documentation, and training for end-users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure FSM processes align with enterprise operations and service delivery standards.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow FSM features and releases and recommend enhancements.
Mandatory Skills / Expertise
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
- Strong knowledge of Work Order Management, Scheduling, Dispatch, and Service Task Automation.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting (JavaScript/Glide API), and UI policies.
- Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of ITSM and other ServiceNow modules for FSM integration.
Good to Have / Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow FSM implementation experience across large-scale, enterprise environments.
- Experience with mobile agent apps and optimizing field technician workflows.
- Knowledge of reporting and dashboards for field service operations.
- Experience with AI-driven scheduling, predictive maintenance, or automated dispatch.
