We are looking for a ServiceNow FSM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Field Service Management. The role involves translating field service business requirements (work orders, dispatching, scheduling, asset management, and mobile workforce) into functional designs and configurations within ServiceNow.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of FSM modules, workflows, dispatch console, scheduling, SLAs, and reporting dashboards, along with experience conducting workshops, process mapping, and collaborating with technical teams for integrations and enhancements. Opportunity to work on projects with potential travel/assignment in Europe.
