Job Title: ServiceNow FSM Techno Functional Consultant
Experience: 9+ Years
Location: Pan India/ Onsite
Notice: Immediate Joiners, Serving Notice
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements related to field service operations (work orders, dispatching, scheduling, asset management, mobile workforce) needs into ServiceNow FSM functional designs and configurations
- Conduct workshops, process mapping, and solution walkthroughs
- Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow FSM capabilities and best practices
- Collaborate with technical consultants/developers for integrations and customdevelopment
- Create functional documentation: solution design, configuration workbooks and user
- guides
Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management
- Strong knowledge on below ServiceNow FSM modules including -
- Work Orders & Tasks
- Dispatch Console
- Scheduling & Assignment
- Mobile Agent / Field Service Mobile App
- Asset, Location, and Inventory Management
- Define workflows, business rules, UI policies, and form layouts
- Configure SLAs, notifications, and reporting dashboards
- Strong understanding of FSM data model, workflows, and dispatching concepts
Experience Level:
- 9+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in ServiceNow FSM Knowledge of Enterprise IT operations processes and procedures
- ServiceNow CIS certified with ServiceNow FSM certification
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Preferred - Prior experience in Field Service transformation projects
