ServiceNow Development (ITSM & ITOM)
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules, including:
o Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management
o CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
• Develop and maintain:
o Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
o UI Policies, UI Actions, Catalog Items, Workflows, and Flow Designer flows
• Implement form customization, ACLs, notifications, and data policies
• Optimize performance and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
