Role Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM Consultant/Developer with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite. The role involves delivering portfolio, project, and demand management solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and optimize SPM modules including Demand Management, Project & Program Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning

Translate business requirements into scalable SPM solutions and workflows

Customize solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes

Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for portfolio visibility

Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD) and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Support testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), deployments, and post go-live support

Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform with minimum 2+ years on SPM/ITBM

Strong understanding of portfolio, project, demand, and resource management lifecycle

Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

Experience with workflows, UI Policies, data models, and reporting

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
