Qualifications
- Strong ServiceNow platform skills, including configuration, customization,
service portals, widget customisation,
- workflow development, and module implementation (e.g., ITSM, ITOM).
- Experience with integrations and web technologies, such as REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related scripting within ServiceNow.
- Background in cloud, networking, or infrastructure services, and familiarity with SaaS/IaaS and enterprise IT operations.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and create clear documentation for configurations and customizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
