.Key Responsibilitie
sCMDB Design & Architectur
eDesign and maintain CMDB data model aligned with ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
.Define CI classes, relationships, attributes, and lifecycle states
.Ensure CMDB architecture supports ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and other platform use case
sCMDB Implementation & Configuratio
nConfigure CI classes, identification and reconciliation rule

- .Provide CMDB best‑practice guidance to clients and internal teams
