Job Description
Experience: 5+ years in ServiceNow development, with at least
3 years focused on IT Business Management (ITBM).
Responsibilities
- Design & Implement ITBM Solutions: Develop and deploy ServiceNow ITBM capabilities for Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Financial Management to support strategic planning and budgeting.
- Configure ITBM Modules:
Hands-on Configuration Of ITBM Components Such As
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Financial Management
- Dashboard & Reporting Development: Build intuitive dashboards and advanced reports for stakeholders using Performance Analytics and ServiceNow reporting tools.
- Integration & Automation:
- Integrate ITBM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.) and external systems.
- Utilize Flow Designer and IntegrationHub for automation and orchestration.
- Customization & Scripting:
- Develop custom workflows, business rules, and client/server scripts using JavaScript and Glide API.
- Ensure solutions align with best practices and maintain upgrade compatibility.
- Methodology & Governance:
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution for ITBM applications.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Solid understanding of ITBM processes (Portfolio, Financial Planning, Demand Management).
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics for KPI tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Required
- CIS-ITBM (Certified Implementation Specialist – ITBM) – Preferred
Additional Preferred Experience - Financial planning and budgeting experience.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture and application rationalization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
