Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Pune Division for a ServiceNow Developer - HRSD. The selected candidate will develop, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to meet business requirements. Responsibilities include designing and implementing new solutions, optimizing workflows, debugging and troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of ServiceNow applications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration of HRSD module
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, Jelly, and ServiceNow APIs
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide technical solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices
- Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) processes such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in leading a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators
- Experience in integrations with other enterprise systems - REST and SOAP
- Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.
- ServiceNow certifications in HRSD will be added advantage.
