Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow workflows, API integrations, and UI/UX development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, Integration Hub, App Engine, and UI Builder to design, develop, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Studio.
- Build and manage integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop scalable and user-friendly applications using App Engine and UI Builder.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop reusable components, workflows, and integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and optimize application performance.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Flow Designer
- Workflow Studio
- Integration Hub
- App Engine
- UI Builder
- Experience in REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow customization.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/HRSD modules is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
