Must-Have Skills:
- ServiceNow CAD Certification
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
- Experience in workflow design, catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs
- Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
- Experience in Service Portal and custom application development
- Good understanding of REST / SOAP integrations
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancement experience
- Ability to work with Agile teams and business stakeholders
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Additional ServiceNow certifications
- Experience in CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration
- Exposure to ServiceNow administration
- Knowledge of upgrade support and release management
- Experience in enterprise-level implementation / support projects
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
