Key Responsibilities :
ServiceNow Development
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using :
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies
- Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- Develop reusable, scalable solutions aligned with platform best practices
- Integration Development (Core Focus)
Design And Implement Inbound And Outbound Integrations Using
- REST & SOAP APIs
- Integration Hub (Spokes & Custom Actions)
- MID Server for on prem / secured authentication methods :
- OAuth 2.0
- Basic Auth
- API Tokens / Certificates
- Data & CMDB ServiceNow with external systems for :
- CMDB
- Incident, Change, Problem, Event Management
- User/Asset/Foundation data loads
- Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and error handling
- Security & Governance
- Implement secure integration designs :
- Service accounts with least privilege access
- ACLs and role based access
- Follow platform governance and integration standards
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- REST & SOAP web services
- IntegrationHub & MID Server
- Flow Designer
- ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
- API error handling, logging, and performance tuning
