- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Strong expertise in ITSM and SPM modules
- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps is desirable
- ServiceNow Certified (CSA mandatory; CIS preferred)
- Experience in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Ability to customize forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
