- ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) / Custom App Development
- Application design, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules
- Integration with external systems (REST/SOAP, LDAP, etc.)
- Reporting, dashboards, and notifications
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customer-facing applications on ServiceNow
- Implement workflows, UI/UX, and automation as per requirements
