Job Position: ServiceNow Developer ITSM

Location: PAN (WOF)

Experience: 5 to 10+ Years

Must have: - ServiceNow ITSM

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer – ITSM to design, develop, and support IT Service .Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ITSM modules and ServiceNow development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)

• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes

• Design and implement Workflows and Flow Designer

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

• Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and application enhancements

• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM
