ServiceNow ITAM Business Analyst
Location: Bangalore / Delhi
Experience
- Senior Role (VP Grade): 6+ Years as ServiceNow Business Analyst
- Mid Role (AVP Grade): 4+ Years as ServiceNow Business Analyst
We are hiring experienced ServiceNow ITAM Business Analysts with strong expertise in ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB
- Experience with Service Mapping, discovery patterns, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, IPC, and Service Catalog
- Knowledge of HAM/SAM, CMDB, and IT Asset Management
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Experience in testing, upgrade validation, documentation, and reporting
- Good understanding of network fundamentals and architecture
Good to Have
- ITIL/ITSM process knowledge
- Experience with SAM Pro/HAM Pro
- Exposure to Vendor Contract Management
- Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements for ITAM initiatives
- Work with Discovery, CMDB, HAM/SAM, and Service Mapping teams
- Coordinate with architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders
- Support UAT, data quality, reconciliation, and platform upgrades
- Prepare functional documents, process flows, and user stories
