Primary Title: ServiceNow Developer
A dynamic opportunity in the IT Services & Enterprise Platforms sector supporting large-scale digital workflow and ITSM transformations. We deliver ServiceNow implementations, integrations and custom applications for enterprise customers across industry verticals. This on-site role is based in India and focuses on hands-on ServiceNow development, platform configuration and integration delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and configure ServiceNow applications, modules and customizations to meet business requirements.
- Implement and enhance ITSM/ITOM/HRSD processes using native ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
- Develop server-side and client-side scripts (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Business Rules, Script Includes) and Service Portal widgets.
- Build integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs and external system connectors to enable end-to-end workflows.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners and QA to deliver high-quality releases, perform code reviews and resolve defects.
- Support deployment activities, troubleshooting, performance tuning and post-go-live support for ServiceNow instances.

Qualifications

- Ability to work on-site in India and engage directly with stakeholders across delivery teams.
