🔎 Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong exposure across multiple ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, platform customization, and integrations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Work across modules: ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, GRC/IRM
Customize applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer
Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs & Integration Hub
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
✅ *Must-Have Skills*
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience
Strong working knowledge of ITSM
Any 2–3 modules from HRSD / ITAM / ITOM /CMDB / GRC (IRM)
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting
Experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP)
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Good to have :
ServiceNow Certifications CSA
Added Advantage certified in CAD/CIS
Experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) implementations
Exposure to CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping (ITOM)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
