Greetings from Tesslogs,
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce / ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development and administration experience along with relevant ServiceNow certifications.
Client: Infosys,
Experience: 7+ Years
Notice period: 0-20 days
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development & Administration
- Hands-on experience in:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- HRSD
- CMDB
- Experience in workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and catalog development
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
- Good understanding of CMDB architecture and Discovery
- Experience in Service Portal and Flow Designer
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Certifications
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CIS Certification (ITSM / ITOM / HRSD preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications
- Implement and support ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB modules
- Develop workflows, UI actions, business rules, and integrations
- Maintain CMDB health and data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
- Participate in deployments, testing, and code reviews
