Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM Developer (SAM / HAM)
Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deliver ServiceNow ITAM solutions
- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and client discussions
- Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement
- Configure and maintain: (Asset Models, Stockrooms, Consumables, Contracts, Vendor Records)
- Automate asset discovery and reconciliation through integrations with: (CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, JAMF, Intune)
- Third-party tools
- Manage software license compliance, normalization, reclamation, and optimization within SAM
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure best practices delivery
Mandatory Skills
- 4.5 – 5 years ServiceNow experience
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITAM
- Expertise in SAM & HAM modules
- ServiceNow development / configuration skills
- Integrations with CMDB / Discovery / SCCM / JAMF / Intune
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
Mandatory Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM (CIS-SAM)
Good to Have
- CIS-HAM certification
- ITIL certification
- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub)
- Experience in enterprise asset optimization programs
