Job Description
- Client Side and Server-Side Scripting (Ex. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes etc)
- Client & Server API's (Ex: GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord etc)
- Administration (includes Reporting, Email Notifications, Creating/Editing Home pages, Personalizing Forms, User Administration etc)
- JavaScript /HTML/CSS/AJAX/ AngularJs knowledge
- Experience in ServiceNow modules like Service Management, Service Request Management, Knowledge Base, and Operation Management
- Hands on Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and related topics and modules.
- Extensive experience of integrating ServiceNow with 3rd party tools and implantation of SOAP and REST API
- Exposure to Service-Now platform tools like Discovery and Orchestration Environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the technical implementation of all ITIL process
- Experience in ServiceNow upgradation and data migration
- Experience in Mid Server Integration
- Experience in scheduled Data import and integrations via Mid Server/SCCM
- Experience in Integrations like LDAP, SSO, SNOW to SNOW, Web services etc
- Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes and Access Control Lists etc
- Communicate issues and recommendations back to leadership in clear, concise manner
- Support other functional teams on a regular basis
- Create and maintain operational documentation
- After hours third level support as required
- Experiences working in an onsite / offshore environment
