About the Role
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform for a leading global automotive manufacturing client. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ITSM development along with exposure to modules like ITAM, CMDB, SPM, and HRSD, and hands-on expertise in integrations and UI customization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
- Customize and develop ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Work on ITAM, CMDB, SPM (Demand, PPM, Agile), and HRSD implementations
- Develop and customize UI Builder and Scoped Applications
- Build integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Intune, SAP, Jira)
- Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
- Participate in requirement gathering, design, development, and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability
Qualifications
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Hands-on development experience in ITSM modules
- Good knowledge of ITAM, CMDB, SPM, HRSD modules
- Experience with UI Builder & Scoped Applications
- Strong expertise in integrations (REST/SOAP, Intune, SAP, Jira)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scripting
- Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, and automation
- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
Required Skills
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS modules)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to security, ACLs, and performance tuning
- Knowledge of reporting and dashboards
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Pay range and compensation package
Immediate joiners preferred (0–15 days notice period)
