.Key Responsibilitie
- sDesign and develop ServiceNow solutions (Forms, Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts
- )Customize ServiceNow portal using AngularJS, Bootstrap, and JavaScrip
- tDevelop and manage Service Catalog and request workflow
- sWork on modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Knowledge Managemen
- tIntegrate ServiceNow with REST APIs, web services, and MID Serve
- rCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirement
- sSupport application enhancements and new feature rollout
- sFollow best practices for ServiceNow development and ITSM processe
sRequired Skill
- s4–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienc
- eStrong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB
- )Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstra
- pKnowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and MID Serve
- rUnderstanding of ITIL v3 concept
